Counselling & Nature Therapy Cancellations policy
It is your responsibility to attend counselling appointments as scheduled. There is an opportunity to reschedule appointments through the Actuity booking reminder you will receive 2 days before the appointment.

If you cancel your counselling booking 24 hours before the counselling appointment, we will give you a full refund. We cannot provide a full refund after this time, so will require a $30 cancellation fee due to our booking expenses, unless the appointment is cancelled by us.

 

Cancelled Counselling Sessions & Retreats
We reserve the right to change schedules, locations, fees and staff when necessary and to cancel sessions, without penalty, for reasons beyond our control. All attempts will be made to notify attendees of changes. This particularily applies to outdoor sessions where conditions may be unsuitable for the best learning outcomes.

 

Weekend Bush Camps & Retreats Cancellation Policy

We realise that events and challenges can happen in your life after you have booked your retreat/workshop. Whilst we do our best to accommodate your changes there are times when this is not possible. Courses with low enrolments may be cancelled (full fees will be refunded). Our workshop / retreat places are strictly limited and so we have adopted the following cancellations and refunds policy:

• For cancellations up to or before 1 month before the event – the fee will be refunded less $100
• up to 10 working days before the event – 50% of the fee will be refunded
• 10 working days or less before the event – no refund will be made (we are not able to offer any refund or credit due to expenses already incurred by us.)
• If we cancel the retreat for any reason, we will provide a full refund if we are unable to run the program due to circumstances out of our control ( weather, sickness, low bookings).
• Medical certificates may be accepted and will be treated as “cancellations 1 month prior”.
