Grief is a universal human experience, yet it can feel incredibly isolating when you are in the middle of it. Whether you have lost a loved one, a relationship, a job, or a version of life you thought you would have — your grief deserves space and compassion.

Who This Is For

This is for anyone who is grieving. Not just bereavement, but any significant loss — the end of a relationship, a miscarriage, a health diagnosis, or a major life transition. There is no hierarchy of grief. Your loss matters because it matters to you.

Understanding Grief

Grief is not a linear process with neat stages. It is messy, unpredictable, and deeply personal. You might feel sadness, anger, numbness, relief, or guilt — sometimes all in the same day. The goal of grief work is not to "get over" your loss, but to integrate it into your life in a way that allows you to carry it without being consumed by it.

How Therapy Can Help

Therapy offers a space where you do not have to perform strength. You can say the things you might not feel able to share with friends or family. Together, we can explore ways to honour your loss while also finding moments of meaning and connection — not despite your grief, but alongside it.

What to Expect

There is no timeline for grief, and no pressure to arrive anywhere. We will go at your pace. The only thing I ask is that you show up as you are.
