For Teen
Support for the Journey Ahead
Adolescence can feel overwhelming — but with the right support, it's also a time of incredible growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
Book a session →You Might Be Here Because…
- 1 Your teen seems withdrawn, irritable, or not like themselves
- 2 School stress, exams, or social pressures are causing anxiety
- 3 They're navigating friendship challenges, bullying, or identity questions
- 4 Major life changes — family separation, moving, or loss — are affecting them
- 5 They've experienced something difficult and need a safe space to process it
- 6 You're not sure what's typical teenage behaviour and what needs support
How We Work With Teen
Teen therapy offers a warm, non-judgmental space where adolescents can talk openly about what they're going through. Whether it's anxiety, school stress, friendship issues, identity, or family changes, therapy helps teens build coping skills, emotional regulation, and confidence. Sessions are tailored to meet each young person where they are — with respect, not presumption.
Our Approaches for You
We draw on several evidence-based therapy approaches to support teen. Each is tailored to your unique situation.
What to Expect
The first session is about building trust — your teen gets to know the therapist at their own pace. We don't force conversation. Over time, sessions become a space where they can talk about what matters to them, learn practical skills for managing stress and emotions, and build confidence in their own ability to navigate challenges. We also offer regular check-ins with parents to share general progress and strategies for support.
